Danis Leadership Acceleration Process (DLAP)

This process is for mid-level managers in Danis who wish to further develop their individual and team leadership skills. Participants are nominated by officers of the company and commit to a year-long process. During this time, they attend workshops, receive executive coaching and participate in a 360º survey, which provides them with feedback from their staff, colleagues and managers on how they are doing. Teams of participants work on critical issues within the company, and the final session of DLAP is devoted to a dialogue with senior management on these issues.

Clemson University Management and Supervisory Course

This process is for Project Engineers and Foremen who are on the cusp of moving into a Project Manager or Superintendent position. Participants are selected by officers of the Company and partake in a week-long process at Clemson University. During this time they attend classes from experts in project management, scheduling, estimating and constructability.
